Krknjasi are one of the unspoiled natural beauty areas, known as an anchorage on the north side of the island Drvenik, only seven nautical miles from the old town of Trogir. The area is located in shallow water between the main islands and two separate islands, in a bay called Krknjasi.
The area is known as a popular excursion destination in the summer months, where you can go for a swim and relax. Amazing turquoise blue sea and untouched nature makes this place irresistible and one of the most popular bays in the Adriatic. The coast of the bay is mostly uninhabited, except for a restaurant / tavern with an excellent selection of fresh seafood and original Dalmatian dishes. Rich pebble beach with sandy and shallow seabed is a real tropical paradise of the sea, especially for families with small children.
On this route you will spend 2 hours in this divine location, after what the next hour and a half is reserved for Trogir - lunchtime and some time off for sightseeing this UNESCO protected heritage.

Such a fun morning out with Max and Laura, visiting the Blue Lagoon and Ciovo (with an extra stop on Solta for coffee).
The ride on the rib was super fun, with Max (the skipper) bouncing over waves but checking back regularly that everyone was OK.
The Blue Lagoon is beautiful (if pretty busy with other boats), and a great spot to swim. Ciovo is lovely - we had a cocktail at the beach bar with a great view of the sea before heading to a beachfront restaurant for lunch.
Would definitely recommend (if only for the boat ride) - good hosts, fun itinerary and not too rushed.

We rented out a private boat excursion and there were 9 of us total with plenty of room for even a couple more if necessary. We booked the option with the additional roof to give a bit more shade which was perfect for every one. The crew was awesome as they were willing to let us structure it how we want and gave us a lot of great recommendations to do on the day! The places that we stopped were amazing and the crew gave some fantastic personal touches that really made it an amazing day for us all. Would definitely recommend this to everyone as it was a great way to see a lot in one day. Only regret is I wish we did this every day we were in Croatia!
