Brdo I/20, 21405 Milna, Croatia you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and the company.

DELIVERY TERMS

Service delivery in tourism pertains to fulfilling the requirements of tourists, aiming to create memorable experiences that inspire return visits.

Mille Naves d.o.o. Brdo I/20, 21405 Milna acting as the Agency guarantees to provide all travel services purchased by the client on the website www.bracexcursions.com in agreement with the Terms & Conditions. The Client must provide any necessary information required for the reservation process.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

To secure an ONLINE reservation/booking through the Agency website booking system, a deposit or full payment is required. Upon payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with trip details and a mobile voucher.

Payment for Agency ONLINE reservations/bookings can be made via Credit Card or PayPal.

PRICING AND CONTENT

The prices displayed on the website are the official rates for the services offered. The agency reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of significant changes, such as fuel costs or other services.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Flexible Cancellation Policy: Full deposit refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour, transfer service, or boat rental.

The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, transfer service, or boat rental start time.

Agency Cancellation

The Agency reserves the right to modify the route or cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions.

In the event of unexpected extreme weather during an ongoing tour, the Agency may alter the route for safety reasons without prior notice.

If a significant change or cancellation occurs before the tour begins, the Agency will offer the following options:

a) Accept the alternative tour
b) Cancel without penalty
c) Reschedule for the next available date

Tour schedules are approximate and subject to adjustment based on sea conditions.

Minimum Participant Requirement

The Agency may cancel or reschedule the tour if the minimum number of participants for a group tour is not met.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURITY

To complete a booking our clients are asked for personal information (name, phone number and e-mail). This information is never shared with a third party and is used only by the Mille Naves d.o.o. marketing department.

MODIFICATIONS

Mille Naves d.o.o. may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

COMPLAINTS AND REFUND CLAIMS

If you’re dissatisfied with our services, reach out to our agents within 7 days of tour completion.

Refunds are considered if services are incomplete or below standard. Clients are entitled to a refund equal to the value of unprovided services.
